The facility offers comprehensive medical services including cardiology, orthopedics, surgery, emergency care, primary stroke care, and more, and is recognized as a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekly orientation every Monday

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting CT imaging equipment
  • Valid and current certification/licensure in CT or Radiologic Technology, as required by state/federal regulations
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospital or acute care setting preferred
  • Strong attention to patient safety and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent situations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans ensuring consistency with physician orders and diagnostic protocol
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns
  • Follow radiation safety regulations for both patients and staff
  • Accurately record patient history and scan details in EMR systems
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing departmental quality initiatives
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, including infection control and safety procedures
