Schedule & Setting:
- Weekly orientation sessions every Monday
- Locally accessible with easy commutes to Raleigh, Durham, and North Carolina’s Blue Ridge and coastal regions
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CT imaging with a strong understanding of related equipment and safety protocols
- Current ARRT (CT) certification or eligibility required
- Active, unencumbered registry/license required for practice
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic scans according to physician guidelines
- Accurately capture and process images, ensuring high diagnostic quality
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining steps and ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and care teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Maintain precise patient records and uphold quality assurance standards
- Adhere to infection control and hospital safety policies
