CT Technologist - Fuquay Varina, NC

This contract position offers professionals the opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded, 137-bed, acute care institution recognized as a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center. The facility features an array of services, including cardiology, orthopedic care, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, emergency medicine, and more.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification and experience in CT imaging required
• Current ARRT (R) or equivalent credentialing preferred
• Registered or registry-eligible in CT
• Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Previous experience in a busy acute care or hospital setting valued
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Schedule:

• Contract assignment with full-time hours
• Shifts may include evenings, nights, or weekends as needed to meet patient care demands

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately document and review scan results
• Troubleshoot and maintain CT equipment as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff for optimal patient care
• Adhere to all quality, safety, and infection control policies
