CT Tech CT Technologist in Gastonia, NC

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts (F/S/S: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week
• This position follows a weekend rotation schedule.
• On-call required 2–3 shifts per month
• Holiday coverage required for 75% of holidays

Qualifications:

• Current CT Technologist certification
• Proven experience in CT imaging and operation of related equipment
• Strong understanding of imaging safety protocols
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans as ordered by healthcare providers, adhering to all regulatory and safety guidelines
• Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality results
• Respond to on-call requests and provide timely imaging services as needed
• Ensure proper documentation and patient records management
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness
• Adhere to organizational policies regarding infection control, privacy, and compliance
