Exciting opportunity for a skilled CT Technologist eager to contribute their expertise in a patient-focused healthcare environment. This contract role is tailored for professionals with proficiency in CT imaging who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services.

Schedule:

• 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Days to be determined and coordinated with the SouthPark shift
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• Weekend rotation as needed
• Required to work 75% of major holidays
• No floating to other departments

Qualifications:

• Certification and current credentialing as a CT Technologist
• Demonstrated experience performing imaging procedures using CT technology
• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with imaging equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing departmental needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort
• Operate CT imaging systems safely and effectively, adjusting techniques as needed
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details in medical records
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate accurate diagnosis
• Adhere to all safety, privacy, and infection control standards
