CT Tech CT Technologist - Gastonia, NC

Deliver expert patient care and imaging services as a skilled CT Technologist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative medical environment while utilizing your knowledge of imaging and CT technology.

Schedule:

• 3x12s weekend day shift
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in CT imaging
• Competency with CT scanning procedures, safety protocols, and patient positioning
• Current certification by ARRT (CT) or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a clinical team
• No state license required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for scans with attention to safety and comfort
• Operate CT equipment confidently, ensuring accurate and timely image acquisition
• Monitor patients during procedures, recognizing and responding to any complications
• Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and fellow technologists to ensure clear communication of imaging results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards at all times
• Assist with routine equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting
