Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and CT registry, or eligible to obtain
• Demonstrated experience operating CT and CT/PET scanners in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Familiarity with safety guidelines for working with radiation and contrast agents
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and detailed record-keeping
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and PET/CT scans following physician orders and established imaging protocols
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment; maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Review images for quality and completeness before submitting for physician interpretation
• Accurately document scan details, patient information, and any administered contrast materials
• Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients and their families
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines
