CT Technologist in Goose Creek, SC

This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and focuses on high-quality imaging services essential for outstanding clinical outcomes.

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday, with four 10-hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Proficient in CT and CT/PET technologies, including hands-on imaging skills
• O-arm and neuro OR experience are required
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification
• Current ARRT Radiography (R) Certification
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles away to qualify

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT scans according to physician protocols, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and surgical teams, especially in O-arm and neuro OR procedures
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols for radiation exposure and patient confidentiality
• Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients undergoing procedures
