Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Current ARRT (CT) certification
• Valid state licensure (if applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and radiation safety practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanning equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their exam
• Review images for quality assurance and collaborate with radiologists regarding findings as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with facility guidelines
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements
• Provide clear instructions, reassurance, and support to patients throughout the imaging process
• Contribute to equipment upkeep, reporting any malfunctions or concerns promptly
• Participate in continuous education and keep certifications up to date
