Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification required
- Proven experience in CT imaging and patient positioning
- Current state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- Proficient in operating CT scan equipment and related medical software
- Knowledgeable in radiation safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workflow efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to conduct diagnostic examinations as ordered by physicians
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining each step and addressing concerns for optimal comfort
- Ensure accurate imaging by properly positioning patients and calibrating equipment
- Review images for quality, repeating scans when necessary for the best results
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and ensure coordinated care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging rooms and equipment, adhering to all safety and infection control standards

$2,422 - $2,650/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
