CT Tech CT Technologist in Hamden, CT

Schedule:

• Week one: Monday through Friday, 12pm–8:30pm
• Week two: Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 12pm–8:30pm; Weekend, 3pm–11:30pm
• Every other weekend required
• Willingness to assist with on-call shifts is preferred

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT-CT certification required
• Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment and providing compassionate patient care
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance with imaging protocols
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate diagnostic images

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans as ordered, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
• Prepare and position patients with care, providing instructions and support throughout the procedure
• Maintain equipment, follow protocols, and document patient information accurately
• Collaborate with imaging team members and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Observe and adhere to established safety procedures, including radiation safety measures

$2,638 - $2,790/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
