Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shift schedule
  • 3 x 12-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • 6:00 pm – 6:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform CT examinations and technical procedures, ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate patient care
  • Accurately obtain clinical history, screen for contraindications, and administer contrast media as per established procedures
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment following infection control and quality control standards
  • Validate patient identity with two unique identifiers, maintain patient privacy and dignity
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in restocking and maintaining life support equipment
  • Participate in ongoing education and orientation of new staff
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical teams, ensuring all questions or concerns are addressed
  • Document all required information in a clear and concise manner, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support the team by assisting in other modalities and with general department operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year Radiology experience required; CT experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
