Job Description

Soliant is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected imaging team while working a consistent evening schedule in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The department utilizes advanced Siemens CT scanners, making this a great opportunity for technologists looking to expand their experience with industry-leading imaging technology. Candidates with Siemens scanner experience and Epic EMR knowledge are preferred, though neither is required.

Enjoy a stable Monday through Friday evening schedule from 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM while gaining valuable experience in a high-demand imaging setting. The role includes occasional on-call responsibilities for consecutive shifts, typically one to two nights per week, helping ensure continuity of patient care.

Compensation:

Weekly pay: Approximately $2,600
Includes untaxed stipends for eligible travelers

Responsibilities:

Perform computed tomography (CT) scans according to physician orders
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively
Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout examinations
Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care
Follow department protocols and radiation safety standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Qualifications/Education:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

ARRT (CT) Certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required

Experience:

CT Technologist experience required
Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred

Work Hours:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 40 hours per week; five 8-hour evening shifts with on-call coverage for the consecutive shift one to two nights per week as needed
