CT Technologist | Hialeah, Florida

Step into a dynamic imaging environment providing high-quality diagnostic care as a CT and CT/PET Technologist. This contract opportunity offers an immediate start and an initial 13-week assignment, allowing you to use your expertise with advanced imaging equipment and deliver excellent patient-centered service.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour shifts
• Days: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(CT) certification
• Valid BLS and ACLS credentials
• Strong background in CT and PET imaging protocols
• Familiarity with United 550 equipment and Siemens Sensation 64 Slice technology
• Detail-oriented, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging studies, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Operate Siemens Sensation 64 Slice and United 550 imaging equipment proficiently
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and addressing questions or concerns
• Maintain safe and clean workspaces, following protocols for infection control and equipment sterilization
