Healthcare professionals in this assignment will grow their skills through hands-on work with advanced GE CT technology, as well as exposure to a diverse caseload and leadership styles. Working collaboratively in a busy department develops adaptability and strengthens your expertise in both CT and X-ray modalities, all within a supportive team atmosphere.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • Varied shifts assigned by supervisor
  • Rotational call: 1 out of every 4 weekends, as well as weekday call
  • Holiday and weekend work required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT-CT certification and BLS required
  • Valid driver's license (for compliance with distance regulation)
  • 50-mile radius rule enforced; candidates must not work with CommonSpirit affiliates
  • Experience with GE VCT 64 slice and GE Revolution 128 slice scanners mandatory
  • Proficiency in EPIC and/or McKesson PACS systems
  • Willingness to float to CT, XR, OR, Endo, and Emergency Department as needed
  • Professional flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential
  • Strict fingernail policy: artificial nails not permitted in patient care areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced GE CT and X-ray equipment for a wide range of studies
  • Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and cover departmental needs as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including required radiation badge use
  • Complete orientation specific to departmental systems and protocols
