Step into a vital role specializing in advanced imaging, where your expertise in CT and CT/PET technology will make a direct difference in patient care. This immediate opportunity is designed for adaptable professionals ready to begin as soon as possible, starting with a 13-week assignment.
Schedule:
- 5x8-hour day shifts (Monday through Friday)
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist
- Proficiency operating Siemens Sensation 64 slice scanners and United 550 equipment
- Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and patient comfort
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging studies following established protocols
- Ensure optimal image quality for diagnostic interpretation while minimizing radiation exposure
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical personnel for seamless workflow
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment, including Siemens Sensation 64 slice and United 550
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and prioritize safety and comfort at every step
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with applicable regulations and standards
