Schedule/Hours:

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered with ARRT (R) and competent in CT; MRI experience desirable
  • Familiarity with x-ray, fluoroscopic, and c-arm equipment
  • Ability to operate CT scanners for diagnostic cross-sectional imaging
  • Experience administering or assisting with contrast media
  • Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient prep
  • Adherence to sterile technique and Universal Precautions
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment (CT, x-ray, MRI, fluoroscopy, c-arm)
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images and maintain quality control for all modalities
  • Support radiologists during interventional procedures using imaging guidance
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort, including monitoring for metal hazards in MRI
  • Schedule and assist patients, maintain equipment and rooms, replenish supplies
  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and DNV standards
  • Document exams and processes, manage records and logs
  • Assist in the training of radiology students and mentor team members
