Advance your healthcare imaging career by providing expert CT and CT/PET technologist skills in a dynamic clinical setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a busy imaging department, supporting patient care across emergency, inpatient, observation, and outpatient cases.

Schedule & Shift Details:

  • 12-hour day shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 hours per week)
  • No on-call or call-back obligations
  • Weekend rotation: every scheduled shift
  • Travelers are required to work any holidays that fall within their regular schedule

Key Qualifications:

  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (R)(CT) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) credential
  • At least 2 years of relevant CT experience, including proficiency with GE CT scanners
  • Adept at performing routine and STAT CT exams in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing exams effectively (including Code Strokes)
  • Experience with GE Revolution Apex and Bayer MedRad dual-head contrast injectors preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS
  • Willing to comply with radius rule—must reside at least 50 miles away from the unit
  • Open to both seasoned and first-time travelers

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete a range of CT imaging studies; adhere to departmental protocols and safety standards
  • Coordinate and prioritize exams according to clinical urgency
  • Collaborate closely with radiology team and clinical staff for optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process, including departmental and administrative training
