Experienced CT Technologists are needed for a contract opportunity in a dynamic imaging department. This position offers the chance to work in a high-volume environment featuring advanced imaging technology and comprehensive radiology services. The setting includes acute, inpatient rehab, and observation units, as well as a busy emergency department and state-of-the-art operating suites.

Schedule/Hours

  • Shifts include both weekday and weekend coverage as required by department needs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology, with advanced registry in CT required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency in starting peripheral IVs
  • Experience with venous and arterial phase scanning, multi-phase scanning, and stroke imaging (including perfusion studies)
  • Knowledge of colorectal studies
  • Familiarity with TeraRecon is preferred but not required
  • First-time travelers are welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging for ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient units
  • Conduct CT-guided invasive procedures and cases under anesthesia as needed
  • Run Cardiac CT imaging on day shift, seven days per week
  • Collaborate with guest services/transport teams for inpatient and observation patients
  • Accurately document within EPIC EMR and utilize Philips iSite PACS and Epic Radiant RIS
  • Operate Siemens Definition AS 40, Siemens Force, and Siemens Edge + CT scanners using Bayer/Medrad power injectors
