Computed Tomography Tech | Huntersville, North Carolina

Excellent opportunity for an experienced professional skilled in CT imaging to join a dynamic healthcare environment and deliver exceptional patient care. This contract position focuses on providing high-quality imaging services and contributing to a supportive team through advanced clinical expertise.

Schedule:

• Evening shifts: 12 hours, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Floating as needed to nearby locations

Qualifications:

• Active registration with ARRT, including CT credentials (R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT))
• Demonstrated expertise in CT and special imaging techniques
• Competency in IV procedures and thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Previous experience operating Siemens Force scanner and GE HD 750 scanner preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and AIDET customer service skills required
• Willingness and ability to fulfill occasional floating assignments

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and related procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Independently demonstrate cross-sectional anatomy with high technical accuracy
• Exercise sound professional judgment when providing imaging services to patients
• Interpret physicians’ orders accurately and ensure patient safety during all procedures
• Deliver care with a focus on patient comfort, clear communication, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with diagnostic radiologic technologists and adapt to varying assignments as hospital needs dictate
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with hospital standards and regulations
