Deliver high-quality patient care as a skilled CT Technologist in a dynamic imaging department. The position supports services across Emergency, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Observation units, handling a diverse case mix and utilizing advanced diagnostic tools. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced professional eager to contribute expertise within a collaborative, high-volume environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Orientation includes 1 day of administrative onboarding plus 2 days to 1 week departmental orientation (weekdays, even if weekend position is granted)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant CT experience
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to start peripheral IVs
  • Proficiency in venous, arterial, and multi-phase scanning
  • Experience with stroke imaging (including perfusion) and colorectal studies
  • Knowledge of TeraRecon software preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to accept first-time travelers
  • Permanent address at least 50 miles outside the facility

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans for a variety of patient populations (ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, Observation)
  • Execute CT-guided invasive procedures and cases involving anesthesia, as needed
  • Complete cardiac CT imaging during day shifts as scheduled
  • Utilize Siemens CT scanners and Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors efficiently
  • Accurately document and track studies using EPIC EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS
  • Collaborate with guest services and transport teams for patient movement within the facility
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards, maintaining professionalism at all times
