CT Tech CT Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Registered or certified in CT (ARRT(CT) preferred)
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience working as a CT Technologist
• Proficient with operation of CT imaging equipment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to accurately follow imaging protocols and maintain a safe environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring high image quality
• Prepare and position patients according to established protocols to ensure comfort and accurate imaging
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot problems, and report malfunctions as necessary
• Document all procedures, patient information, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Observe strict adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards
