CT Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Step into a pivotal role as a CT or PET/CT Technologist with a facility committed to advanced imaging care. This contract position focuses on delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call or callback responsibilities
• No floating required
• Work holidays if they coincide with scheduled shifts

Key Qualifications:

• ARRT certification with advanced CT credentials required
• Proven experience with PET/CT and CT imaging modalities
• Expertise in operating advanced imaging equipment and adhering to safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient-facing care
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• BLS certification (current and valid)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging studies following physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient workflow
• Accurately process and archive images using PACS systems
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support patient education and address concerns or questions regarding imaging procedures

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
