CT Tech CT Technologist - Hyannis, Massachusetts

Advance your career in diagnostic imaging as a skilled CT Technologist for a contract opportunity starting as soon as possible. Your expertise will help support patient care standards in a busy hospital environment, working directly with cutting-edge technology and dedicated colleagues.

Available Schedules:

• 40, 36, or 32 hours per week: Every Saturday and Sunday, 16-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with the option to add 4 or 8-hour shifts during the week for flexibility.
• 40 hours per week: Rotating shifts from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, including every other weekend.
• 36 hours per week: Overnight shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, every other weekend.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist.
• Previous experience in CT imaging in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Proficiency working with advanced imaging equipment and PACS.
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to changing workloads and schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and multidisciplinary team interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, coordinating with radiologists for timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate efficiently with other imaging techs and staff to support workflow and patient care.
