CT Technologist | Idaho Falls, Idaho

Step into an exciting imaging opportunity at a brand-new freestanding emergency room, where cutting-edge technology and a supportive team environment await. This contract position offers an engaging mix of CT and X-Ray duties and the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including the GE Revo Maxima CT, GE XR AMX Navigate, and GE Definium Tempo Pro. Some shifts may also be scheduled at the main hospital campus, providing valuable experience across diverse settings.

Schedule:

• 3x 12-hour shifts per week
• Flexibility to float occasionally to the main hospital campus

Qualifications:

• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required
• Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray imaging
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with GE PACS, Meditech, and Clario documentation systems preferred
• Comfortable wearing black scrubs as standard uniform

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging studies (no interventional procedures) according to physician orders
• Provide accurate, high-quality images for emergency and routine patient care
• Maintain detailed documentation using electronic medical records systems
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process
• Demonstrate professional communication with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members
