Advance your career in medical imaging as a vital member of a dedicated healthcare team. This position focuses on providing exceptional CT imaging services, supporting patient diagnosis and treatment. The assignment is for 13 weeks, offering a valuable opportunity to enhance your CT Tech expertise in a dynamic clinical setting.
Schedule:
- 5 shifts per week
- Evenings, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT(CT) registration required
- Experience operating Cannon and GE scanners preferred
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with privacy/ethical guidelines
- Troubleshoot basic scanner issues and perform daily equipment checks
- Educate patients about procedures and address concerns in a supportive manner
