CT Technologist in Islamorada, FL

Advance your career in medical imaging by supporting patients as an experienced CT/PET Technologist. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for conducting advanced diagnostic CT and PET scans, ensuring high-quality imaging for a variety of patient cases. This opportunity is based in the scenic Florida Keys on a contract basis.

Schedule:

• 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification required
• Valid State of Florida radiology license
• Possession of a college diploma or official transcripts (needed for profile submission)
• Must not reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
• Prior experience operating CT and PET equipment and adhering to imaging best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT and PET procedures, following established safety guidelines
• Work closely with radiologists and the care team to deliver accurate imaging and quality patient care
• Accurately document procedures and maintain clear, timely records
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Consistently monitor equipment and maintain a sterile, efficient imaging environment
