An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging – CT and CT/PET technology. This full-time role is designed for someone passionate about diagnostic imaging and committed to delivering compassionate patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule:

  • Full Time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 13-week contract

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and registration as a CT Technologist; PET/CT credentials highly preferred
  • Proven experience operating CT and PET/CT imaging equipment
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Strong understanding of radiology safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT scans based on physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Accurately identify imaging needs and tailor scans for diagnostic accuracy
  • Properly document procedures and maintain imaging records within the electronic medical system
  • Prepare and manage contrast media as necessary, following all safety guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment; promptly report malfunctions or concerns
  • Foster a calm environment for patients, thoroughly explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless workflow
