CT Technologist | Jamestown, New York

A vital healthcare provider is seeking a skilled professional with strong imaging expertise—including CT, X-ray, and PET modalities—to fulfill an immediate full-time need. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative care team, utilizing advanced technology to provide top-tier diagnostic services.

Available shifts vary, offering a blend of days and mids to best support optimal patient coverage. Typical shifts may include 3p-11p, 1p-9p, 11a-11p, and, when necessary to reach 36 guaranteed hours per week, occasional 9a-9p. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist licensure required
• Valid NY injection license essential
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Previous experience in CT, X-ray, and PET imaging environments preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT, X-ray, and PET scans in accordance with strict safety and quality protocols
• Administer contrast materials, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring providers for timely exam interpretation
• Maintain regulatory compliance and precise documentation of procedures
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in all patient interactions
