CT Technologist in Jamestown, NY

A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced CT/Radiologic Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This full-time, contract opportunity requires proficiency in CT, PET, and X-ray modalities, as well as flexibility to work a variety of shifts to meet weekly hour requirements. Start date is as soon as possible.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 36 hours/week minimum
• Varied shifts: 3p–11p or 1p–9p; occasional shifts of 11a–11p or 9a–9p as needed

Key Qualifications:

• Current New York State (NYS) license as a Radiologic Technologist
• Valid NY injection license
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Proven experience in Imaging, including CT, X-ray, and PET technology
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans, X-rays, and PET scans according to physician orders
• Ensure image quality and patient safety during all procedures
• Administer IV contrast media as permitted under NY injection licensure
• Accurately document procedures and maintain detailed patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and remain compliant with current protocols
