Schedule:
- Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Current and valid NJ Radiology License is required
- Certification by ARRT(CT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience with both CT and PET/CT technologies preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and PET/CT scans in accordance with established protocols and physician directions
- Ensure accurate patient positioning, proper technique, and appropriate imaging for diagnostic interpretation
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
- Thoroughly document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe imaging environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
- Provide compassionate care and clear explanations to patients throughout the imaging process
