Advance your imaging career as a skilled CT and PET/CT Technologist in a leading healthcare environment. This 13-week contract role focuses on delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services while working as part of a collaborative radiology team.

Schedule:

  • Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid NJ Radiology License is required
  • Certification by ARRT(CT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous experience with both CT and PET/CT technologies preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and PET/CT scans in accordance with established protocols and physician directions
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning, proper technique, and appropriate imaging for diagnostic interpretation
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Thoroughly document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain a clean and safe imaging environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
  • Provide compassionate care and clear explanations to patients throughout the imaging process
