CT Tech CT Technologist in Johns Island, SC

Seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in CT imaging for a contract assignment. This position involves both CT and X-ray responsibilities, offering the opportunity to utilize advanced Siemens equipment in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Current certification in CT technology
• Solid imaging background, with proven experience in both CT and X-ray
• Required experience working with Siemens CT systems
• Preferred familiarity with Siemens Somaris 10 and Somaris 7 platforms
• ARRT certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens CT scanners, performing a range of diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality assurance
• Alternate between CT and X-ray imaging as needed during each shift
• Accurately capture and process clinical images in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens equipment, ensuring optimal performance throughout your shift
• Prepare patients for imaging, confirming accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Uphold departmental standards for documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
