CT Technologist | Junction, Texas

An immediate opportunity is available for a CT/PET Technologist to support a busy imaging department. This contract position requires a skilled professional with the ability to begin as soon as possible and contribute effectively in an urgent staffing situation.

Schedule:

• Flexible shift availability: Days or Nights
• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (5x8’s)

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification required
• Experience with CT imaging essential
• X-ray experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior exposure to PET imaging technology is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET scans according to physician orders
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately document imaging activities and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment and report technical issues promptly
• Uphold departmental protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
