Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT, PET, and X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout exams
• Accurately follow protocols and maintain high-quality standards in image acquisition
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to provide prompt and accurate results
• Document imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following infection control and radiation safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot equipment and promptly report technical issues to the appropriate staff

Desired Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology; CT or PET modality certification strongly preferred
• Valid state radiologic technologist license as required
• Minimum of one year experience in a clinical imaging environment, with hands-on CT and/or PET skills
• Proficiency with computerized radiography, PACS, and RIS systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and patient communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt in a busy, fast-paced clinical setting
