Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT)
• Current state licensure in Radiologic Technology
• Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and protocols
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient safety and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and accuracy
• Review and evaluate images for technical quality before submitting to the radiologist
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures performed
• Practice and promote all safety protocols, including radiation protection measures
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, explaining procedures and addressing questions
• Participate in equipment maintenance, calibration, and regular quality assurance checks
