Step into a vital imaging role that serves patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, within a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll perform high-quality radiographic and CT examinations and may occasionally support front desk operations to ensure seamless departmental function and continuity of patient care.
Schedule:
- Shifts will alternate weekly, typically 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct radiographic and CT exams, including CT angiograms, working independently to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, adhering strictly to clinical protocols and departmental standards.
- Serve as receptionist when necessary, handling patient flow and supporting administrative processes.
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards, particularly in patient safety and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or related equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate hospital experience.
- Proficient in CT imaging, including angiograms, with confidence operating independently.
- Registered or board eligible with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT); CT registration or eligibility required.
- Computer literacy for charting and records management is desirable.
- COVID-19 vaccination completion required for all travelers.
Additional Requirements:
- Full compliance with health clearance and credentialing prior to travel—no exceptions. A thorough checklist will be provided.
- Proof of required immunizations or titers is mandatory.
- Airfare is reimbursed upon arrival (initial payment by the candidate/agency).
- Shared housing provided; private accommodations are not available, and pets are not allowed.
- Orientation occurs only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with completed credentials and travel arrangements confirmed at least one week in advance.
