CT Tech in Ladson, SC

A skilled professional with expertise in CT and PET imaging is needed for a 10-week contract assignment in Ladson, SC. This role requires advanced technical ability and certification to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET imaging procedures according to protocols and departmental standards
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation to ensure accurate and safe imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care and imaging workflow
• Float to other nearby facilities as necessary to meet patient and operational needs
• Participate in call shifts approximately every 6 weeks

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Current South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification
• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Preferred: Advanced NMT Modality (ANM) credential from the American Association of Radiologic Technologists (AART)
• Minimum 50 miles distance for non-local candidates

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• 2-3 call shifts every 6 weeks
