CT Technologist | Lake View, New York

Step into a crucial role performing diagnostic imaging procedures, focusing on CT, X-ray, and PET/CT technologies. This contract opportunity requires a versatile imaging professional who can adapt to varied shifts and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The assignment seeks a full-time CT/Radiologic Technologist ready to start as soon as possible.

Schedule Details:

• Full-time (minimum 36 hours per week)
• Days or mids: 3p–11p, 1p–9p, or 11a–11p
• Occasional 9a–9p shifts may be included as needed

Qualifications:

• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist license required
• Active ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• NY injection license is mandatory
• Experience in CT and X-ray imaging required; PET/CT experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT, X-ray, and PET/CT studies according to strict imaging protocols
• Safely and effectively administer contrast agents as per licensure
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Accurately document scans, report findings, and collaborate closely with radiologists
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment
• Adhere to regulatory standards, infection control policies, and departmental procedures
