CT Technologist in Lake View, NY

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Imaging professional skilled in CT, X-ray, and PET imaging. A full-time CT/Radiologic Technologist is needed to support frontline patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is contract-based and requires an immediate start.

Schedule/Hours:

• Varied shifts, including days and mids:
  • 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • 1:00pm - 9:00pm
  • 11:00am - 11:00pm
  • Occasional 9:00am - 9:00pm, as needed to meet a minimum of 36 hours per week

In this vital diagnostic imaging role, you’ll:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray studies, including PET, following physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Prepare and administer contrast agents according to NY injection license guidelines
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver timely and accurate imaging results
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Current NYS license as a Radiologic Technologist
• Valid NY injection license (required)
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Demonstrated proficiency in CT, X-ray, and PET imaging technology
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Adaptability for variable shifts as needed
