Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT, X-ray, and PET/CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate imaging equipment while maintaining optimal image quality and minimizing radiation exposure
  • Accurately document patient history, procedures, and maintain imaging records
  • Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless workflow
  • Participate in continued education and technical training as required

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and at least one advanced credential in CT or Nuclear Medicine/PET
  • State licensure as required
  • Previous clinical experience performing CT, X-ray, and/or PET/CT studies
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, equipment operation, and radiation safety standards
  • Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
