An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional with expertise in CT, CT/PET, and general radiologic imaging within a busy radiology department. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience and versatility, supporting a team that delivers exceptional diagnostic care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible coverage across day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
• 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts available
• 7-on/7-off scheduling option

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with CT and CT/PET imaging procedures
• Proficiency in conducting general radiology exams, including x-rays, fluoroscopy, portable, and operating room studies
• Current certification and registry in radiologic technology (ARRT or equivalent)
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and best practices in diagnostic imaging
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and multidisciplinary team members
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT, PET, and radiology imaging exams following safety protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring optimal comfort and image clarity
• Support diagnostic accuracy through meticulous technique and image evaluation
• Assist with contrast administration and monitor patient response as needed
• Maintain and operate sophisticated imaging equipment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance
• Adhere to departmental policies regarding documentation and patient privacy
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure timely, accurate results
