Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Proven experience in computed tomography within a clinical or hospital setting
- Intravenous (IV) certification or willingness to obtain before start
- Knowledgeable in radiation safety protocols and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, or eligible to obtain prior to hiring
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans for physician review
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure quality patient care
- Prepare and position patients according to prescribed protocols, ensuring comfort and safety
- Evaluate image quality and adjust scans as needed for diagnostic accuracy
- Document procedures, maintain detailed patient records, and follow hospital policies
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines throughout all procedures
- Communicate procedure steps to patients and address their questions or concerns with empathy
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on CT equipment

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
