Experience the unique opportunity to contribute your imaging expertise while working in an acclaimed critical access hospital in the Florida Keys. This 18-week contract role offers both professional challenge and the chance to make a difference in a close-knit, supportive healthcare setting.

Schedule:

  • 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
  • No on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging studies for diagnostic evaluation, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the Imaging Services Department for accurate image interpretation and timely results.
  • Accurately document all findings and maintain comprehensive records as per facility protocol.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to manufacturer and hospital guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to established safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT certification in both CT and X-Ray.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated experience as a CT/PET Tech in a hospital or critical access setting.
  • Evidence of education: College diploma or official transcripts must be included with your application.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Candidates residing in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties are not eligible for this position.
