Shape your expertise in computed tomography within a dynamic, high-volume imaging department at a respected hospital featuring 182 licensed beds, a Trauma Level IV designation, and robust teaching and specialty programs. This contract opportunity is tailor-made for a professional CT Technologist ready to handle a variety of cases in Emergency, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Holiday work is required, with a weekend rotation as scheduled
  • No on-call or floating obligations

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent CT experience (first-time travelers considered)
  • Valid photo identification (gathered during compliance)
  • Certifications: BLS and ARRT(R); ARRT(R)(CT) required for CT Techs; Dual Modality must have ARRT (R)(CT), BLS
  • Comfort working across a range of diagnoses and patient populations
  • Familiarity with Siemens and GE CT equipment preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Nursing and Transport staff
  • Accurately document patient information and imaging results in EPIC EHR
  • Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
  • Participate in orientation, including 3–5 days of department-specific training
