Advance your career in diagnostic imaging as an experienced CT Technologist. This contract opportunity calls for skilled professionals with a background in imaging—specifically in CT—who are eager to deliver high-quality care in a well-supported clinical environment.
Schedules available:
- 40, 36, or 32 hours per week: Every Saturday and Sunday, 16-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; additional 4 or 8-hour shift can be added during the week for desired total hours. Scheduling flexibility is available.
- 40 hours per week: Rotating shifts, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., every other weekend required.
- 36 hours per week: Overnight schedule, 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., every other weekend.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Accurately follow physician orders and established imaging protocols.
- Communicate clearly with patients, providing explanations and reassurance throughout procedures.
- Safely administer contrast agents as needed for specific scan types.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare practitioners to ensure prompt, accurate diagnostic results.
Qualifications:
- Current certification/registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience operating CT equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of safety standards and infection control practices in a clinical imaging environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, and weekends per assigned schedule.
