Engaging with a prominent acute care facility featuring over 370 licensed beds and state-of-the-art technology, you will sharpen your technical expertise and expand your resume alongside seasoned radiology professionals. Exposure to a high-volume setting—averaging 160 imaging studies on weekdays—and collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams will advance your clinical skills, leadership acumen, and adaptability. This assignment welcomes both experienced travelers and first-timers eager to embrace new workplace methodologies and innovative imaging approaches.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Expect a balance of day, evening, and weekend shifts based on departmental needs.
  • Flexible orientation (up to 1 week), including training on EPIC and departmental workflows.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience.
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT.
  • BLS certification.
  • Proficiency in starting peripheral IVs, venous/arterial phase scanning, multi-phase and perfusion imaging.
  • Familiarity with colorectal studies; TeraRecon knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Siemens CT scanners, Medrad Power Injectors, EPIC EMR, and Philips iSite PACS preferred.
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations in ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive CT imaging, including cardiac and stroke studies, and CT-guided invasive procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiology nursing and guest services for seamless patient care.
  • Adhere to departmental protocols and contribute to continuous improvement.
