Experienced CT technologists are sought to provide critical imaging support as part of a dedicated healthcare team. In this contract role, you will utilize your expertise in Computed Tomography (CT) to assist physicians in diagnosing and caring for patients using advanced imaging technology.

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification required
  • Active and valid state license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent CT Tech experience in an acute care or hospital setting
  • Proficient in operating CT imaging equipment and performing a variety of CT scans
  • Knowledge of patient safety standards and radiation protection protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
  • Educate patients about CT procedures and address any questions or concerns
  • Prepare and position patients to ensure accurate imaging and minimize discomfort
  • Monitor patients during and after the procedure for safety and well-being
  • Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff
  • Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and cleanliness of imaging equipment
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with confidentiality regulations
  • Adhere to established safety, infection control, and documentation standards

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
