Advance your career in medical imaging as a skilled CT/PET Technologist, where your expertise supports precise diagnostic care and exceptional patient experiences. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team using advanced imaging modalities to deliver high-quality scans for patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT and PET scanners to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions or need for repairs
  • Accurately document procedures, patient information, and findings in electronic medical records
  • Follow all safety guidelines related to radiation and infection control
  • Provide patient education regarding exam processes and address questions or concerns compassionately
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive diagnostic support

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification or registry in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine (ARRT or NMTCB)
  • Valid state licensure (as required)
  • Experience in both CT and PET imaging required
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to care for patients of diverse backgrounds
