Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts: Monday through Friday
- Evening and weekend call rotation
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
By joining this advanced imaging department, you’ll be pivotal in delivering high-quality diagnostic care, utilizing state-of-the-art CT and X-ray technology, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current California CRT certificate required
- Valid California fluoroscopy certificate required
- Proficiency operating CT, X-ray imaging equipment, and PET/CT modalities
- Prior experience in a healthcare/hospital setting as a Radiologic or CT/PET Technologist highly desired
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate CT and X-ray imaging procedures per physician orders and clinical policies
- Properly position patients and maintain safety throughout all procedures
- Maintain and calibrate sophisticated imaging equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure precise diagnostics and patient comfort
- Participate in evening and weekend call coverage as scheduled
