An opportunity is available for a skilled CT Technologist to support dynamic imaging services during evening and overnight hours. This contract role is ideal for professionals who excel in a fast-paced clinical environment and can deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing CT procedures.

Schedule:

• 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Proven experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care or hospital setting
• Knowledge of safety procedures pertinent to imaging, including proper patient positioning and radiation safety
• Familiarity with GE, Siemens, Philips, or other major CT platforms
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Valid certification or registry as required by state or national governing bodies
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans on patients in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Accurately document patient information and scan procedures in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting issues as necessary
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies at all times
