CT Technologist - Miami Beach, Florida

Step into a vital role specializing in advanced imaging as a CT/PET Technologist with an immediate start available. This opportunity offers a 13-week initial contract, providing an engaging environment for professionals looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
• Day shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Monday through Friday

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in BLS and ACLS
• ARRT(CT) registration required
• Proven skill in CT and PET imaging modalities
• Experience with United 550 equipment
• Familiarity with Siemens Sensation 64 slice scanners is highly desirable
• Strong attention to patient safety and detail

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging, ensuring diagnostic accuracy
• Operate and maintain United 550 and Siemens Sensation 64 slice imaging systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care
• Routinely verify patient identification and clinical history, following all departmental protocols
• Maintain clear, accurate records and safeguard patient confidentiality
• Apply advanced knowledge of imaging procedures, adapting to individual patient needs
