CT Technologist | Miami, Florida

An immediate opportunity awaits a skilled professional experienced in Imaging—CT and CT/PET technology. This contract position requires expertise in advanced diagnostic techniques and state-of-the-art equipment including United 550 and Siemens Sensation 64 slice. Start as soon as possible on a 13-week initial contract.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 shifts per week
• 8-hour day shifts, 7:00am–3:30pm
• Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• ARRT(CT) credential (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography)
• Proven experience operating United 550 and Siemens Sensation 64 slice equipment
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and safety procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT and PET scans according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot United 550 and Siemens Sensation 64 slice scanners
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Prepare and position patients for accurate image acquisition
• Review, assess, and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
• Maintain accurate and concise patient records and documentation
• Adhere to infection control policies and uphold all safety regulations
