CT Technologist - Middleburg, Florida

Schedule/Hours:

• Days, Monday through Friday
• 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(CT) certification required
• Proven experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist
• Familiarity with GE Lightspeed VCT (64-slice) or similar CT equipment
• Excellent patient interaction skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to upholding clinical protocols and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing patient conditions
• Operate and maintain the GE Lightspeed VCT scanner, ensuring optimal imaging quality
• Follow safety procedures for radiation protection and infection control
• Accurately document procedures and update patient records within the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to ensure seamless patient care
• Prepare patients for scans, providing clear instructions and support throughout the imaging process
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate equipment maintenance as necessary
